Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have one year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning including bathroom fixtures and floors.
• Changes residents' bedding and linens weekly; may adjust per resident request.
• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner and communicates health concerns to management as appropriate.
• Maintains cleanliness of common areas and public spaces.
• Cleans floors and carpets; ensures safety signs and proper cleaning/disinfecting procedures.
• Handles hazardous cleaning supplies according to procedures and labeling.
• Attends in-service training and participates in scheduled programs.
• Responds to resident emergencies per protocol and supports disaster management as needed.
