As a Porter at South Beach by Logan, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property. You will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, hallways, and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to residents and guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a positive living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling materials.
- Clean and maintain the property's entrances, lobby, and other high-traffic areas to uphold a welcoming environment.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the property management team.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or gatherings held on the property.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Bring your minimum of 3 years of apartment cleaning and/or janitorial experience to the table.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a bonus, showcasing your commitment to compliance.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail, consistently striving for cleanliness and order.
