As a Porter at South Beach by Logan, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property. You will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, hallways, and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to residents and guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a positive living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling materials.
• Clean and maintain the property's entrances, lobby, and other high-traffic areas to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the property management team.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or gatherings held on the property.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Bring your minimum of 3 years of apartment cleaning and/or janitorial experience to the table.
