Weinstein Properties is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for the Bexley Sugarloaf community in Duluth, GA. This full-time role starts at $17/hour and includes quarterly bonuses plus a 30% rent discount.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for growth within our maintenance team. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and take pride in a clean, welcoming property.

Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.
• Perform light painting, housekeeping, and maintenance support as needed.
• Assist in daily cleaning tasks including trash pickup and pet waste stations.
• Support maintenance and leasing teams as required.
