Job summary

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Maintenance Porter for our Duluth, GA location. The role focuses on property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep and general maintenance. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 40 hours/week with $17/hr pay and quarterly bonuses. Birthday paid day off is included.

Experience in residential maintenance or janitorial/grounds work is a plus, and the team emphasizes keeping the property safe and clean for residents.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance or property upkeep experience is preferred.
• Experience with cleaning amenities and general property upkeep is a plus.
• Experience with pool maintenance or exterior building upkeep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Residential maintenance and daily grounds pickup.
• Exterior maintenance such as painting curbs, pressure washing, and sweeping parking areas.
• Clean clubhouse and property amenities.
• Clean swimming pool.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

Position

Maintenance Porter — responsible for property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance at the following location:

• Duluth, GA

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Birthday is a paid day off.

Responsibilities

• Residential maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping/grounds experience is a plus.
• Daily grounds pickup
• Exterior maintenance — paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
