Community Porter/Housekeeper

Location: Charlotte, NC | Full‑Time | $18/hour

What You'll Do

As a key part of our team, you’ll keep the community in tip‑top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
• Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming
• Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)
• Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
• Reporting and helping address minor repair needs
