Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an on-site janitorial/grounds maintenance team member in Southfield, MI. You will perform daily cleaning, inspect the property, and support maintenance tasks to keep residents' spaces welcoming and safe.

Requirements include experience in janitorial or grounds work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. On-site role with growth potential and monthly bonus opportunities.

On any given day you may do one or all of the following:

• Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.
• Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.

These are the requirements for this position:

• Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor.
• Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.
• Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.
