Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage station.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped for service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness.
5. Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meals.
6. Assist with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
9. Commit to safety for yourself and others.
10. Abide by all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols, such as using gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
