We are hiring immediately for a full-time PORTER position at Delta Sky Club SLC, located at 3822 W. 1200 N., Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Online applications are accepted only. Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bus, clear, and clean tables; sweep floors during peak times and pre-service.
• Transport dishes and utensils safely using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to ensure sanitation.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness.
• Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meal service.
• Receive heavy deliveries safely and transport to storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal safety and safety of others.
• Follow all company policies, including safety procedures when handling knives, hot pans, and using slip-resistant shoes.
