Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped before service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes; wash by hand or load into dishwashing machines.
• Keep display equipment clean and debris-free during meal service.
• Assist with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including proper glove and footwear use.
