As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll help keep this vibrant 55+ community looking its best—creating clean, welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces residents are proud to call home. This is a hands‑on, primarily outdoor position with plenty of movement, especially during the summer months when grounds work is key.
No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, enjoy staying active, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed. You’ll also gain exposure to basic maintenance work while working alongside a supportive team—making this a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow.
