Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill, MA is seeking a dedicated Porter/Floor Care member to join our housekeeping team. You will perform daily cleaning tasks to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable for residents and staff.

The position offers a 6a-2p schedule with weekly pay at $17 an hour, including every other weekend rotation. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, floors, windows, and common areas, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' rooms are neat, clean, and free from odor
• Perform daily wet mopping, shampooing, and extracting carpets
• Buff floors and attend to spills immediately
• Empty trash liners and clean containers
• Clean bed and rails with disinfectant
• Clean countertops, windowsills, bedside tables, furniture, and over-the-bed
• Strip, seal, and refinish floors as scheduled
• Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean personal items, pictures, decorations, flowers, etc.
