This position ensures that all restaurant spaces remain clean, well-stocked, and functioning smoothly. As a key member of the back-of-house team, the Porter helps uphold the high standards of hospitality and efficiency that define our guest experience.

Operational Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchens, dish stations, service areas, and storage spaces.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies for culinary and FOH teams.
• Transport items such as linens, ingredients, trash, and recycling between prep and service areas.
• Clean and reset common-use areas, restrooms, and service zones throughout shifts.
• Assist with event or service prep and breakdown tasks, including resetting floors and moving furniture or equipment.
• Help monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Notify managers of any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment is possible.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers may be required.
