Qualifications

Responsibilities

Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.10 per hour - $27.10 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.

Key Purpose

The Day Porter must have a keen eye, be organized, and able to follow a routine that provides regular inspection and cleaning of assigned areas. The Day Porter is friendly and accommodating and ensures the workplace is maintained for the client and visitors. They must be skilled in operating hand and electrical cleaning tools like dusters, brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. They must drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from production kitchen to various sites following a predetermined schedule, load and unload containers, hot carts and utensils and make proper distribution. They maintain product rotation, product labeling and cleanliness of walk-ins and food storage areas.
