Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community in Downtown Austin. The role supports interior and exterior common areas and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

This on-site position offers weekend and weekday shifts with a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and team players who can work in a fast-paced setting while

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and community spaces.
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

• SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 days during the week
• PAY RATE: $21 - $22 per hour

About The Role

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
