Job summary

MG Properties' Dockside Apartments in Kent, WA seeks an experienced Porter to join our team. You will maintain exterior areas, assist with make-ready duties, painting, cleaning and lighting checks, and remove trash and debris from the grounds.

We offer $22-$24/hour DOE, monthly bonuses, company profit sharing, PTO, holidays, 401K with employer match and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits. Equal opportunity employer; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Paint, clean apartments and common areas, and assist with make-ready duties.

• Detail property and assist with various physical tasks as directed.
• Support with safety-related duties and ground maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Dockside Apartments, located in Kent, WA!

As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items!
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!
• Must have general maintenance skills.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Compensation and Benefits
