Job summary

Westerfield Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a part-time Porter/Dishwasher. You will clean, sanitize and stock dishes, maintain the kitchen and waste disposal, and perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, tidy operation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
