Odin Properties is seeking a Porter/Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician to maintain grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas. You will ensure the facility stays clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times and support the team with general upkeep tasks.

The position requires reliability, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently as well as with others. On-site roles with a focus on timely maintenance and cleanliness are offered with an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure that outdoor areas are kept free of debris, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
