Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and the leasing office at our multi-family communities.

This full-time, hourly position runs Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm in Oregon, with a strong emphasis on customer service, safety, and teamwork. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and paid sick time.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning available units and models.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Operate machinery safely and in compliance with procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.

CLASSIFICATION:

Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt

SHIFT:

Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm

COMPENSATION:

$20 -$22/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available units and models.
• Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills

PREFERED:

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with OneSite or other property management software
