Picerne Real Estate Group in the Las Vegas area is seeking a Porter to help maintain a luxury apartment community. The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the property looks clean and well maintained at all times.

Duties include keeping common areas clean, patrolling grounds, basic maintenance like changing bulbs and painting, and assisting the maintenance staff. Compensation starts at $16-$17 per hour with a 35% apartment discount and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required.
