Duties include keeping common areas clean, patrolling grounds, basic maintenance like changing bulbs and painting, and assisting the maintenance staff. Compensation starts at $16-$17 per hour with a 35% apartment discount and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
• Policing the grounds and parking areas.
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
