Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC in West Warwick, Rhode Island, is seeking a Porter to provide routine cleaning and custodial maintenance for the community. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for residents and assist with maintaining property features.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, a willingness to work weekends and on call, and a focus on strong customer service. Compensation ranges hourly with generous benefits.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.

Salary Range

$16 - $20 USD
