Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room floor, tables, chairs, and other surfaces; ensure restroom cleanliness and restock supplies; wipe down and disinfect high‑touch areas regularly.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors; handle spills promptly; follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Trash Removal: Empty and replace trash bins in dining area, kitchen, and restroom; dispose of trash in designated containers.
• Exterior Maintenance: Clean and maintain restaurant exterior, sidewalks, parking areas; remove outdoor litter.
• Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff with washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; keep kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and report need for cleaning supplies; maintain organized inventory; request restocking.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols; use cleaning chemicals per regulations.
• Collaboration with Team: Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to coordinate cleaning priorities.
