The role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Porter to support the reception team with guest arrivals and departures.

You will be the welcoming face of THE NICI, often the first and last impression. Your duties include greeting guests, efficiently delivering them and their luggage to their rooms, and overseeing the valet parking service.

We seek someone with a friendly and outgoing personality, pride in appearance, a can-do attitude, flexibility, and a passion for customer service excellence.

Driving confidence is essential, as you will greet guests in the car park and park their vehicles.

You should have knowledge of hotel services, local areas, and surroundings to assist guests effectively.

This role involves carrying luggage; therefore, physical fitness is required.

Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
