About The Porter Position:

We seek a talented porter responsible for maintaining grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots, and other areas, enhancing marketing appeal and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Remove trash and debris daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exteriors and sidewalks.
• Support during property emergencies like snow removal and inclement weather.
• Clean apartments, model homes, and common areas.
• Address maintenance concerns related to weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, interacting professionally with residents.
• Respect confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and partners.
• Report maintenance and safety issues immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Use of general office equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance.
• Complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within 30 days.
• Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, operate snow blower.
