Pay Range

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position Responsibilities

1. Assist Lead Maintenance Technician daily with grounds upkeep and cleaning all amenity areas.
2. Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
3. Maintain the "curb appeal" of the property, ensuring all common areas are free of clutter.
4. Clean pools and hot tubs, perform daily chemical measurements, and report results to Lead Maintenance Technician.
5. Sweep streets, curbs, and sidewalks.
6. Ensure breezeways are clear of cobwebs and trash.
7. Sweep all steps at the community.
8. Assist with Preventative Maintenance calendar duties.
9. Check on amenity areas throughout the day, ensuring trash cans are emptied and conditions are clean.
10. Straighten pool furniture at least three times daily; wipe and clean weekly.
11. Detail clean all lighting at the community.
12. Replace light bulbs with Lead Maintenance tech.
13. Report hazardous conditions throughout the community.
14. Assist with trash-outs of apartments after move-outs.
15. Ensure exterior areas of apartments are cleaned during make-ready process.
16. Complete maintenance tasks as assigned by Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician.
17. Complete resident service requests.
18. Maintain amenity areas, including pools and hot tubs.
19. Perform initial trash-out of new move-outs.
20. This list is not exhaustive; other duties may be assigned.
