Job summary

Five Iron Golf Philadelphia LLC is seeking a Porter to perform routine maintenance and upkeep across the facility. The role reports to the General Manager and supports clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for guests.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, sanitation of stations and common areas, and basic maintenance tasks. Prior guest-facing experience is a plus; evenings and weekend hours are required.

• Previous guest experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day.
• Monitor sanitation and organization of assigned stations and common areas.
• Remove trash, laundry, and recycling from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles.
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Report unsafe conditions to the General Manager.

We are seeking a Porter. This individual will perform routine maintenance around the location and help out with miscellaneous upkeep and report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including but not limited to:
• Bathrooms
• Gym
• All Common areas (Simulators, offices, lobby, etc.)
• Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles
• Garbage
• Cardboard
• Recyclable
• Laundry
• Member clothing
• Towels
• Minor maintenance and repairs
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed
• Repair doors, windows, sink fixtures and inspect areas for unsafe conditions
