Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a reliable Porter to support workplace operations at one of our clients in Palo Alto. You will maintain break rooms, replenish refreshments, and assist with employee events.

This role keeps common areas clean and stocked, assists with onsite meetings, and provides friendly service to employees and visitors. The schedule is 6am-2pm with pay between $22 and $24 per hour. Experience in hospitality or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, food service, janitorial, or workplace services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of employee break rooms and common areas.
• Brew fresh coffee and monitor beverage stations throughout the day.
• Stock and replenish snacks, drinks, coffee supplies, and other break room items.

• Perform light cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, tidying seating areas, and disposing of trash.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors.

Responsibilities
