Job summary

Culver's in Oxford, Michigan is seeking a reliable porter for early shifts (6 AM–11 AM or 6 AM–2 PM). The role focuses on keeping the restaurant clean and ready for opening, including floor cleaning, stock rotation, and equipment upkeep.

Duties include unloading the weekly truck, cleaning the grill and fryer, daily store cleaning, light plumbing and landscaping, and handling multiple tasks as needed. Prior mechanical experience is preferred to support maintenance.

Job description

The porter plays an important role in preparing the restaurant for opening each day. It is the porter’s responsibility to maintain the restaurant cleanliness and readiness standards. This includes stock rotation and preventative maintenance of equipment.

We are looking for a part time or full-time reliable porter with some mechanical experience. Hours will be early mornings 6AM - 11AM or 6AM - 2PM. Duties include cleaning floors, unloading weekly truck, cleaning grill/fryer, daily store cleaning & tasks, some light plumbing and landscaping, etc. Candidates must be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis.
