Job summary

Stout Management Company is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces at its Nevada properties. The role involves mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and keeping lawns and beds appealing, while also walking the grounds daily to pick up litter and ensure clean common areas.

You will monitor irrigation, apply treatments as needed, assist with laundry rooms, light painting, and curb marking, and support the maintenance team with trash-outs and reporting repairs.

Qualifications

• Professional, friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Minimum of six months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, plant, and prune lawns, trees, and flower beds to keep them healthy and attractive.
• Walk the property daily to collect litter and keep common areas clean and inviting.
• Monitor sprinklers and drainage to maintain water-smart landscapes.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments to support growth and pest prevention.
• Maintain laundry rooms and assist with light painting or curb marking around the property.
• Assist maintenance with trash-outs, postings, and reporting repair needs.
