Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support daily shop operations, perform pre‑wash and cleaning tasks, assist technicians with vehicle preparation, parts movement, and maintain tool organization to keep the shop running smoothly.

You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness, manage waste and disposal in accordance with safety standards, transport vehicles between work areas and sublet locations, and ensure a neat, safe, and welcoming

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Maintain interior office housekeeping: trash, floors, dusting countertops and work area.
• Maintain interior production area housekeeping: waste cans, sweeping, disposal of parts, tool placement.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat; shovel sidewalks when needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask

Compensation Details:

$15 - 17 / Hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
