Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking team-oriented individuals to support daily operations in a collision and glass services shop. You will assist with vehicle pre-washes, interior and exterior cleaning, and maintaining orderly production areas. The role involves moving vehicles and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment consistent with our WOW culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service abilities and a positive attitude are essential.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently to drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain interior production area cleanliness and organize tools.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and safe, shovel sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-wash and clean customer vehicles before and after repairs.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years or age or older
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
