Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter at Napleton's Carmel Dealership campus. The role involves maintaining clean and ready vehicles and transporting vehicles and customers as needed.

This is an entry-friendly position with opportunities for growth within a large dealership group. Pay ranges are listed between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and training, and discounts on products and vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great customer service.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed
• Assist with customer deliveries
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot/showroom
• Move vehicles from storage and deliver to storage and other dealerships
• Assist with weather-related cleanup
• Perform building and grounds maintenance
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Located at Napleton's Carmel Dealership campus, the Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:
