Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Porter at Aston Martin of Downers Grove. The Porter will maintain the vehicle lot appearance, assist with transporting vehicles and customers, and help with deliveries within the dealership.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and sick time, and growth

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly.
• Transport vehicles and customers as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles between locations as required.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• 21+ years of age or older
