Guest Services – Porter

Working in a small transport team, coordinating daily tasks effectively and efficiently. You will be the face of StayNozawa meeting and greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests
• Be presentable and professional at all times, ensuring customer experience is the highest priority
• Assisting guests, offering answers to questions and providing information
• Assisting front desk staff with check‑in and check‑out operations, carrying luggage to guest rooms and ensuring transportation happens smoothly and on schedule
• Driving within the speed limits and adhering to road rules safely
• Identifying potential hazards and reporting to management
• Maintaining and ensuring vehicles, car park areas and company buildings are clear of snow and ice
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring rubbish huts are maintained, rubbish sorting is correct and notifying management of any arising issues

Experience / Qualifications

• International Driver's Licence
• Experience driving manual vehicles

Position Requirements

• A valid working visa for Japan is required for all applicants. No visa sponsorship or assistance is provided except for qualified ski instructors.
• Availability for winter positions: must be available to work between December 1 and March 31.
• Open to working in other roles within the company.
