Taylor at Copperfield, a residential community in Houston, TX managed by WH Management, seeks a dedicated Porter to join our team and help maintain curb appeal and safety for residents and guests.

As a Porter, you will clean outdoor areas, assist with light maintenance, and support the maintenance team to keep the property pristine. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a welcoming, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and safe.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, walkways, parking lots, and common spaces.
• Clean and upkeep amenities such as the pool area, fitness center, and grilling stations.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds daily.
• Assist the maintenance team with apartment make-readies and special projects.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and communicate reordering needs.
