Job summary

Culver's Hartland MI is seeking a Porter / Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurant, equipment, and surroundings in top condition. You will perform interior and exterior upkeep, support daily operations, and contribute to a warm Culver's experience for guests and teammates.

Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment, assisting with landscaping and snow removal, stocking and organizing storage areas using FIFO, and maintaining basic knowledge of

And they ensure our kitchens are stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high quality standards. Basically, porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and staff, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other.

Overview:

• Provides superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Puts food order away accurately, rotates stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
