Job summary

Culver's of Bentonville is seeking a Weekend Porter to help keep our restaurant running smoothly during weekend mornings. You will perform maintenance on both interior and exterior areas, stock and organize back-of-house spaces, and support daily operations with a proactive mindset.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from roughly 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well, and enjoys hands-on work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Rotate stock and store food orders in cooler, freezer, and dry storage.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain knowledge of operation of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.

They open the doors each morning to ensure our restaurants and equipment are in tip-top condition, and keep our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients. Basically, porters keep our entire restaurant running smoothly so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other. Hours would be roughly 5AM to 10AM both Saturday and Sunday.
