We are currently seeking a motivated maintenance porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

We have a Porter position available at the following location:

• Bexley Clearfork - (South) Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Duties Include:

1. Daily Grounds Pick up
2. Exterior Maintenance -- paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking lots
3. Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
4. Clean Swimming Pool
5. Preventative Maintenance

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus. Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry and painting experience a plus.
