MobilityWorks in Lake Worth, FL seeks a dedicated Driver/Service Worker for a regular full-time role. You will shuttle guests, assist customers, and support service operations while upholding showroom-quality vehicle care and showroom standards.

The position offers hourly pay in the $18–$20 range, benefits per company policy, and an on-site role at our Lake Worth location. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform light maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Shuttling guests or customers if necessary. Assists customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Washing and detailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality. Picking up or delivering parts & vehicles as needed. Vehicle inventory maintenance.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards. Light janitorial duties. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Assisting service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles. Responsible for starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week.
• Maintains organization of customer vehicles in service lot.
