Job summary

Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Porter to maintain a clean, welcoming dining space and support a seamless guest experience.

You will keep dining areas and restrooms clean, follow sanitation procedures, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 lbs, and English-proficient.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas, restrooms and common spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain stocked and polished silverware and glassware.
• Communicate with team members and managers to support smooth operations.
• Help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Greet guests with warmth and help create a positive first impression.
