We are seeking a dedicated and dependable

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Porter to join our team at our residential property in Englewood, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic, maintenance experience, and a commitment to maintaining a property in clean, safe, and good condition.

Work Schedule

Weekends + three weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs throughout the property
• Remove garbage and recycling on a regular basis
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas (hallways, lobbies, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and repairs
• Respond to and resolve resident concerns and requests
• Monitor building systems and report any issues to management
• Support the daily operational needs of the property
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, cleaning, basic repairs)
• Reliable attendance and adherence to the schedule
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
