Job summary

Harri is seeking an on-site casino housekeeping professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas of the casino complex in Elko, Nevada. The role focuses on proper stocking, equipment use, and adherence to company policies, ensuring guest and team areas are prepared to standard.

You'll interact with various departments, support guest inquiries, and report maintenance or safety issues as needed, contributing to a team-oriented workplace with opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures as well as all the Company’s Practices (i.e. Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Core Values, 15 Points of Service, etc.)
• Maintain a personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
• Assure all guest and team members area are set up for use according to Company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of various all work related equipment and utilize same equipment correctly.
• Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, glass cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners.
• Establish, maintain, and abide by the MSDS handling guidelines for all chemicals and materials.
• Communicate and promote co-worker and guest relations, maintain professionalism while working with Casino team, Food and Beverage team, Engineering Departments, and other team members.
• Offer guest assistance whenever possible including but not limited to answering questions pertaining to Company policies and services, responding to guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the Company’s services and accommodations.
• Report any maintenance, security, or safety issue to appropriate staff.
