RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips.
2. Gas used vehicles.
3. Clean, vacuum, wash, wax vehicles & tires as needed.
4. Communicate with service department to request oil changes when necessary or recommend minor vehicle repairs.
5. Check for damage when vehicle is given to you from service.
6. Perform minor vehicle repairs as needed.
7. Assist with lot and showroom organization & vehicle inventory management.
8. Assist with new car check-ins & inspections/dealer trade-ins.
9. Assist in snow removal on lot & for vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Friendly and customer service focused.
2. Reliable.
3. Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
4. Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
5. Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
6. Have basic computer knowledge.
7. Customer service experience is preferred.
8. Professional appearance is necessary.
9. Valid driver’s license is required.
