We are seeking a groundskeeper for our310-unit new high-risein Deep Ellum- one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods!Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
