Job summary

Healey Brothers is seeking a friendly and energetic Service Porter for our Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership in Beacon, NY. This full-time, on-site role supports the service team by greeting customers, moving vehicles, and keeping the lot and service drive organized.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, learn the service process, and grow with a respected local brand that promotes from within. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement and a stable, year-round

Qualifications

• Required: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout your shift
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and directing them to service advisors
• Parking and retrieving customer vehicles safely
• Preparing vehicles for service with seat covers and floor mats
• Keeping the service drive, customer lounge, restrooms, and shop clean and organized
• Vacuuming and washing vehicles as needed
• Assisting with vehicle intake, including mileage checks and tagging
• Performing alignment checks
• Organizing the service vehicle lot and maintaining a clean dealership appearance
• Providing shuttle rides for customers when necessary
• Following all safety standards and procedures

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Porter, you’ll play a key role in creating an excellent service experience by keeping things moving behind the scenes — and making sure our customers' vehicles are handled with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and directing them to service advisors

• Parking and retrieving customer vehicles safely

• Full-time, on-site role

• 8-hour daytime shifts, consistent schedule, alternating weekends (Saturdays).
