Job Purpose

The Porter keeps the venue clean and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere through positivity, support, knowledge, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed by management
• Clean, repair, and maintain the interior and exterior of the venue, including floors, restrooms, and storage areas
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Support venue maintenance and safety policies
• Respond to guest requests related to cleanliness and safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stamina and mobility
• Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends, standing or walking for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Physical Requirements

• Stand for hours, including stairs
• Lift up to 50 pounds
