Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure client-facing ordering portals based on defined requirements and project direction.
• Set up products, categories, user access, and workflows within internal systems.
• Ensure portals are accurate, functional, and aligned with specifications.
• Own day-to-day portal maintenance across the client base.
• Manage product updates, SKU changes, and content updates.
• Monitor portal performance and usability; resolve issues timely.
