Job summary

AAC is seeking a qualified candidate in Washington, DC for a Full-Time/Regular position requiring ITSM ticketing experience and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes independent work within a team, a positive customer service attitude, and obtaining a public trust suitability determination before start date.

Ideal candidates may have an AA/BS and experience with Zendesk or Oracle RightNow, and federal agency exposure. Additional IT certs are considered a bonus.

Qualifications
