Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, drive to multiple locations and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role is central to our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The job requires at least two years of commercial driving and a valid license (CDL or non-commercial). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service truck to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in line with USS and DOT standards.
• Assist with lifting, pushing, and maneuvering up to 50–150 lbs as required.
• Service portable toilets to the 8 point standard and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.
