The ideal candidate has a maritime background with at least 10 years on cruise ships and prior senior officer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cruise ship maritime experience.
• Senior officer background and leadership capability.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety, navigation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global marine operations for the fleet and ensure safety standards.
• Support ship managers with class-related inspections and reports.
• Lead nautical policy development and implementation across fleets.
• Liaise with technical teams on inspections, repairs and stability.
• Act as deputy to AVP Safety & Nautical and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee hiring and training of bridge officers and shore-side programs.
